Troubleshooting:

• Printhead errors: reinsert the printhead

- Open the front door of the printer, and then open the printhead access door.
- Pull the latch forward, and then remove the printhead.
- Wipe the printhead contacts using a clean, lint-free cloth.
- Reinsert the printhead, and then push the latch until it clicks into place.
- Close the printhead access door, and then close the front door.
- If the error persist, the printhead must be replaced.
